Ocala, FL (February 17, 2020) — The Nonprofit Resource Center, a program of the Community Foundation for Ocala/Marion County recently signed an Academic Partnership agreement with the Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership of the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business. Through this partnership, nonprofit academic offerings through the Winter Park, Florida-based college will be offered in Ocala.
“We are excited to bring the high-quality academic offerings that are signatures of Rollins and Edyth Bush Institute to the Marion County community,” said Lauren Deiorio, Executive Director of the Community Foundation. “For years, nonprofits have driven to Winter Park for these intensive courses. They won’t have to make that drive any longer.”
Eleven different courses are scheduled for the 2020 Nonprofit Academic Series with the first course, Creating a Diversified Fundraising Plan, set for Wednesday, February 26.
